Covering more than 40 acres, specializing in the production of various non-woven products raw materials more than 20 years, such as 3 ply face mask, elastic earloop, nose wire,elastic band of shoe cover / clip cap / bouffant cap / surgical gown, polyester yarn, covered yarn and so forth. Yichuang nylon earloop and polyester earloop already passed the biocompatibility, MSDS, RoHS test.
Face Mask
•Our company has 10 pieces of face masks, it can produce 1 million per day. The face masks passed EN14683 test.
Elastic Earloop
•Our company has 200 pieces earloop making machines, nearly 7000 spindles. The production about 7000kg for every day. The products passed the Biocompatibility certificate (both polyester material and nylon material)
•We manufacture the earloop raw material (polyester yarn) for 15 years. So there is an advantage to compete with us.
Spunbond Fabrics
•We have totally 5 pieces spunbond fabric production lines, it including S, SS. The capacity is over 30 tons per day. We can do different color as well.
Nose Wire
•We have 5 pieces machines, nearly 5 tons per day. 3mm*0.5mm single core, double core, 100% plastic nose wire is available
